I started Incremental-AM initially to feed quality parts into the company that I worked for. I have found through the services that I tried that I could not get the quality of parts or service I needed for a world class OEM. It rapidly became clear that with enough care I could do it and that I had capacity to spare.

This is where the idea for Incremental-AM came from, to provide an agile supplier of MJF parts to SMEs that would have the feel of in-house production.

What started as a side "shed project" quickly grew into something bigger with the arrival of our first HP MJF 4200. Since then I have concentrated on steady growth rather than trying to conquer the world. This is crucial to me as I need to maintain the quality and attention that our customers expect. Most of our customers still phone me up with technical queries or for advice and I never want to lose that.
