MJF - Production
The Workhorse
Our 5210 carries out most of our production work using HP Pa12 Nylon. With a massive build area and a quick turnaround the 5210 is the ideal production tool.
Ours is running constantly producing great parts.

SLS - Production
The Super Little (Green) Sausage
Our R&D has qualified the little Nexa 230 to run on 100% Overstock material. This is Pa12 Material that cannot be reused in the HP 5210. It is perfectly good material but because we run the 5210 at really low packing densities we have a surplus. The material goes through an onsite reconditioning phase and then is directly reused.

MJF - Full colour
The Show Pony
The HP580 MJF system, ours affectionately known as "Princess Layer" is brilliant. We use it to produce end use parts with vivid and robust colours. There are some things that the 580 is amazing at, such as wood effects and patterns. So if you need a prosthetic socket with daisies on it, a colour coded installation tool or even a pair of pink leopard skin glasses then it is unmatchable.
