HP MJF for Production Parts
Incremental-AM provides parts for customers primarily using Additive Manufacturing, also known as Industrial 3D printing. Our focus is on producing end use parts for production environments to the highest quality achievable. Not all prints are created even. We run our printers geared towards quality rather than quantity, there is a difference.
Primary production is carried out using HP's MJF Technology (Multi Jet Fusion) using Pa12 (Nylon). We also run full colour MJF and SLS.
Incremental-AM aims to be a “really boring” supplier of parts with no drama. In our experience where there is drama there are production issues.
We accept orders we know we can make and make well, to time and budget.

10, 100 or a 1000 copies with no tooling or start up charges. We can make to order, hold stock and complete call-off orders.

Design Advisory Service
Designing for MJF and 3D printing in general is different from traditional subtractive design. We can advise, carry out design or refer you to external Designers if needs be.
